We had our first outing at the monthly Thursday Night Live show in Thame and played a 30 minute set. Here’s a snippet from our opening number – Bill Withers’ Grandma’s Hands.
The full set list was:
- Grandma’s Hands – Bill Withers
- Dance Me to the End of Love – Leonard Cohen
- Here at the Western World – Steely Dan
- Jockey Full of Bourbon – Tom Waits
- Spooky – Dusty Springfield
- Mink Schmick – Eartha Kitt
Thanks to the TNL team for including us in their programme, to the sound and light team for enabling the 10 minute turn-around and to Miss Fly Photos for permission to use her great shots from the evening. We look forward to the next time.
